Dr. Lim Lan Yuan JP

Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers

Dr. Lim Lan Yuan is also the President of Valuation and General Practice, SISV and also that of the Association of Property and Facility Managers (APFM). Dr Lim Lan Yuan has some 40 years of extensive experience in property business involved in development, valuation, training and consultancy. He is a licensed appraiser and a certified property and facility manager.

Mr. Edward Au

Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors

Mr. Edward Au is also a senior general practice surveyor with extensive experience in land administration, planning and development of property in Hong Kong. He is the Senior Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyor, a General Council and GPD Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and also the Chairman of the Education Committee of the GPD Council. Mr. AU is currently working in the Urban Renewal Section of Lands Department, HKSAR and primarily responsible for urban renewal projects.

Mr. Robert Hecek

Australian Property Institute

Appointed Life Fellow in 2016, Mr Robert Hecek joined the API as an associate in 1983, became Fellow in 2000, Certified Practising Valuer and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He formed the valuation practice Valuecorp in 1980 based in Gladesville in Sydney and employs some 25 valuers, covering all facets of valuation and consulting work through NSW. Robert was the API National President in 2014/2015 and was appointed to the Professional Indemnity insurance Committee in its early beginning in 2003. He is the current Chair of APIV Ltd (Limited Liability Scheme) and Member of API International Committee. He was elected to NSW Divisional Council in 2006 and elected as Vice President NSW Division in 2008 as well as the President NSW Division in 2009 and 2010.
