It Tuan is a volunteer lecturer at SISV Academy with more than 10 years of teaching experience.  He specializes in the field of property maintenance and management.

With his vast experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, It Tuan is able to effectively engage with his students who are mostly real estate professionals.

In addition to his teaching, It Tuan is part of the team that has successfully designed and developed online training courses for the MA accreditation Scheme.

Apart from his teaching experience, It Tuan has managed property assets for more than 30 years before working as a consultant to developers. He held senior positions at a statutory board and at a leading property consulting company.  He had competently managed real estate businesses, driving growth, performance, and profitability for building owners, fund managers, and financial institutions.

It Tuan is also a trained mediator of SISV Dispute Resolution Panel. He sits in several Board Committees and was a member of the Board of Examiners of BCA. Presently, he also serves as VP of APFM and FIABCI.
